Dade County Administrative Offices Closed to Walk in Visitors Thru January 1, 2021

Press Release:
Sunday, December 27, 2020 Dade County Executive Ted Rumley tested positive for COVID-19. He was tested after exhibiting symptoms and finding he had been in contact with another COVID-19 positive person. He immediately self-quarantined and will remain so until released by his physician. As a precaution, the Dade County Administration Office will be closed to walk in visitors beginning tomorrow, Monday, December 28, 2020 through Friday, January 1, 2021. We will re-evaluate the admittance of walk in visitors later in the week. The Dade County Administration Office is conducting business and may be reached by telephone at 706-657-4625 or via email at info@dadecounty-ga.gov. Due to a reduced office staff we are asking that you wait, if at all possible, until next week to conduct your business. Although Dade County Executive Rumley is symptomatic he is doing well. Prayers for continued and speedy recovery are appreciated.
